Art therapy involves the use of creative techniques such as drawing, painting, design, photography,collage, coloring, or sculpting to help people express themselves artistically and examine the psychological and emotional undertones in their art. With the guidance of a credentialed art therapist, clients can "decode" the nonverbal messages, symbols, and metaphors often found in these art forms, which should lead to a better understanding of their feelings and behavior so they can move on to live more fully.

Individual Art Therapy

Art therapy works well for many clients as they can express their feelings in a non-verbal way while working with their hands and colours

Art Therapy can help with learning and behavioural issues such as: Asperger's, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, Motor skill and balance difficulties.

Emotional issues such as: Stress, Negativity, Anxiety, Self-esteem, Trauma, Separation, Grief

Art Therapy sessions can include, color diagnostic, color meditation, clay work, wood work, spray painting, weaving, photography, design and painting.

This simple sensory experience creates happiness and allows emotions to flow and manifest clarity.

These workshops focus on building positive relationships, establishing healthy boundaries, team building and tension relief in a fun environment, whilst experiencing different art techniques to create a group and individual art piece.
